This week in prayer

Readings and prayers for Sunday 25 February 2024 and the following week: 

We pray for Anna, our bishop, and Allen, our rector. In our diocesan cycle of prayer this week, we pray for the people of the Parish of Central Saanich (St Mary & St Stephen) and their incumbent, Lon Towstego. In our provincial cycle of prayer, we pray for the clergy and people of the Diocese of Kootenay and Archbishop Lynne McNaughton.

This week the Anglican Church of Canada prays for The Rt. Rev. John Organ, Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Western Newfoundland.

In the Anglican Communion cycle of prayer, we pray for The Anglican Church of Tanzania.

Collect:  Faithful God, may we set our minds and wills to yours, and take up our cross, following Christ with confidence for the glory you reveal in him; who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.  Amen.
