 ists displaying\, demonstrating and selling their art. Stroll along beauti
 ful Bowker Creek\, between Oak Bay High School and Hampshire Road\, listen
 ing to music\, enjoying refreshments\, participating in the Community Art 
 project\, and watching demonstrations by featured international Artists. O
