Readings and prayers for Sunday 14 April 2024 and the following week: 

We pray for Anna, our bishop, and Allen, our rector. In our diocesan cycle of prayer this week, we pray for the people of the Anglican United Parish of St Columba, Port Hardy, and St John, Port Alice, and their incumbent, Christine Muise. In our provincial cycle of prayer, we pray for the people and clergy of the Diocese of Yukon and Bishop Lesley Wheeler-Dame.

This week the Anglican Church of Canada prays for The Most Rev. Anne Germond, Archbishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Algoma. We pray for climate justice and healthy relationships with the earth.

In the Anglican Communion cycle of prayer, we pray for The Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia.

Collect:  Wounded God, disabled and divine: give us faith to perceive you pierced and embodied, standing here among us feeding us forgiveness, beautifully broken; through Christ, the suffering servant. Amen.  (Prayers for an Inclusive Church (2009).)
