Cookies & Carols
Friday, December 8 6:30-8 pm At St. Philip Church
Come and get into the Christmas spirit by singing your favourite Christmas carols and sharing Christmas cookies. This community-building celebration will give you a chance to sing carols, hear Christmas stories and mingle with friends new and old while enjoying Christmas treats. Hot chocolate and spiced apple tea will also be served.
Invite your friends, neighbours and family! This celebration has been timed in the hope that children and their parents can attend and we hope it will provide a casual, family-friendly event both for the congregation and as an easy way to welcome people from the wider Oak Bay/Victoria neighbourhood to our church.
We'd like to drop off a Christmas cookie bag to those in our congregation who cannot attend in person -- there will be a sign-up sheet at the back of church for delivering the cookie bag treats to them!
An optional cookie exchange will also take place (see below). Please sign up on sheets at the back of the church or contact Barb EE.
