St Philip Oak Bay will hold its AGM (also known as the Annual Vestry Meeting) at the church on Tuesday 24 February 2025 (time tbc), in person only. We will receive 2025 reports, vote on a budget for 2026, and elect our Parish Council. We look forward to 2026 as we serve God by meeting the needs in the world.
The 2026 agenda, 2025 annual reports, and 2026 budget will be circulated via email ahead of the meeting and will be appended below. Print copies will be available in the narthex.
Almighty and everliving God,
source of all wisdom and understanding,
be present with those who take counsel
here in Oak Bay for the renewal and mission of your Church.
Teach us in all things to seek first your honour and glory.
Guide us to perceive what is right,
and grant us both the courage to pursue it
and the grace to accomplish it;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
