Hospice Yukon has created easily accessible “tools” (short publications) for people to use on a variety of challenging topics relating to grief, loss, death and dying. A lot of thought goes into each one and it often has taken over a year to create the finished product. We’ve had people around the world (yes, incredible what the internet has done for good in this way) email and thank us for these free resources.
