This week in prayer

 Readings and prayers for Sunday August 28 (Pentecost 12) and the following week:  

 In our daily diocesan cycle of prayer we pray for Anna, our bishop; for the people of the Parish of Ss. Anne & Edmund, Parksville, and the Church of the Good Shepherd, Lasqueti Island, and their rector Andrew Twiddy.  

In the cycle of prayer of our ecclesiastical Province of BC & Yukon, we pray this week for the people and clergy of the Diocese of Caledonia and their bishop David Lehmann.  

In the Anglican Church of Canada cycle of prayer this week, we pray for The Rt. Rev. Chris Harper, Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Saskatoon.

In the worldwide Anglican Communion daily cycle of prayer, we pray for The Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia
