Christopher and Heather Page will lead a contemplative weekend retreat exploring the practice of silence, chanting and lectio (sacred reading of scripture) within the Christian tradition.  This retreat is for both beginners and those with experience.  Most meals will be taken in silence.

A registration fee of $175 is due, along with the registration form, by February 8.  Registration is limited to 30 people and is open to anyone from the Diocese and St. Philip Church.   All are welcome.  The fee includes all accommodation in rustic private rooms with shared bathrooms and all food.

Registration forms are available on this website page, in the St. Philip narthex or from Sharon Richmond at sharonlrichmond@gmail.com.

Heather and Christopher Page are certified teachers of Centering Prayer and Contemplative Outreach. Heather is the past president of the Contemplative Society and Christopher is the Rector of St. Philip Church.

Cowichan Lake Research Station Conference Centre is a 175 hectare, forested property located 90 minutes drive north of Victoria at 7060 Forestry Rd., on Cowichan Lake.
