What does it meaning of the enigmatic phrase "the coming of the Son of Man?" Often interpreted ominously because of the imagery that surrounds it it is actually not so much a discrete event--though is that too--as it is the good news of God’s good intentions toward us. Good news opens our hearts to the hope we need in the midst of chaos and suffering.
