In the week of 23 July 2023, we pray for the Rev. Stephen London, Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Edmonton.

The Diocese of Edmonton covers not just the city of Edmonton but the breadth of Alberta, from Jasper to Cold Lake - see their Find-a-Church map here. The diocese was established in 1913; while the first Cathedral of All Saints building predated the diocese, the present Cathedral building is the third, and dates from 1956.

About the Bishop

The diocesan paper, shared with the Diocese of Athabasca, is the monthly Messenger; see also the Synod Scene newsletter for weekly updates from around the diocese.
