St Philip Parish AGM (Vestry) 25 February

St Philip Oak Bay will hold its AGM (also known as the Annual Vestry Meeting) in the hall after the 9.30am service on Sunday 25 February 2024, in person only. Lunch will be served. We will receive reports, vote on a budget for 2024, and elect our Parish Council. We look forward to 2024 as we serve God by meeting the needs in the world.

The 2024 agenda, 2023 annual reports, and 2024 budget will be circulated via email ahead of the meeting and will be appended below. Print copies will be available in the narthex.
