This week in prayer

Prayers and readings for Sunday 4 October 2026 and the following week: 

We pray for Anna, our bishop, and Allen, our rector. In our parish cycle of prayer, we pray for the pastoral care team.

This week our diocese prays for the people of St John the Baptist, Duncan , and their incumbent Norman Knowles and deacon Trish Vollmann Stock.

This week our ecclesiastical province prays for the Diocese of New Westminster and Archbishop John Stephens.

The Anglican Church of Canada prays for The Rt. Rev. Anna Greenwood-Lee, Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Islands and Inlets.

Remember missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA people and their families, and pray for an end to genderbased violence.

In the Anglican Communion cycle of prayer, we pray for Igreja Episcopal Anglicana do Brasil.
