This week in prayer

 Readings and prayers for Sunday August 21 (Pentecost 21) and the following week:  

 In our daily diocesan cycle of prayer we pray for Anna, our bishop; for the people of the Parish of Central Saanich, and their rector Lon Towstego.  

In the cycle of prayer of our ecclesiastical Province of BC & Yukon, we pray this week for the people and clergy of the Territory of the People Anglican Church, and their Steering Committee.  

In the Anglican Church of Canada cycle of prayer this week, we pray for The Rt. Rev. Michael Hawkins, Bishop; The Rt. Rev Adam Halkett, Suffragan Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Saskatchewan.  

In the worldwide Anglican Communion daily cycle of prayer, we pray for The Episcopal/Anglican Province of Alexandria in Egypt.
