Dear St. Philip Community

One of the missions we support as a church is the Shelbourne Community Kitchen. We are hoping to provide them with some fresh produce this summer by asking parishioners who love to garden to “grow a row”. It is easy to do and any amount is appreciated. Please see below for more information. If you participate – please take some pictures of your planting or harvest with your family and post them downstairs on the Shelbourne Community Kitchen board so we can all enjoy your good works.

There are also opportunities to volunteer in the Kitchen and work with others to prepare nutritious meals for the community. FYI They serve about 1500 people regularly! Details are attached below and of course on their website https://www.shelbournecommunitykitchen.ca/
